The 6 will not stay inflated so was a complete waste of time. I was asked for photos etc and eventually offered a refund upon return of the item which meant I had no balloons on the day I needed them. Surely a replacement 6 could have been sent quickly to assure I had the 60 on the birthday. Shoddy goods and service.

Buyer opened a returns case with a free returns label on the 4th and never sent the item back and it is now the 11th
