The item was listed as new and images showed the item in original packaging, however the Tama was opened (no original packing included) and shipped wrapped in packing materials. Additionally the Tama is missing one screw in the back. I am disappointed because I expected something different based on the listing, and I would have paid more money elsewhere if it was an actual new Tamagotchi Ocean. Shipping was quite fast.
