Works partially, but has a few issues, main one and most important the ability to regulate or set desired temperature of grill. The whole point of using the unit in the first place. It is impossible for us to check every item. If the buyer would have asked us to return the item and refund them we would have corrected the issue but they never contacted us to make it right, they just gave us negative feedback. We always try to make things right. Maybe they should have just corresponded with us first.
