The seller sent me the wrong item after informing him he tried to say that I could use them they were much longer than what I required .They then told me to send them back for a refund but were not going to pay the cost even though it was there mistake . I got Ebay involved to sort out the problem I could not recommend this seller

I sent the incorrect model, I offered the buyer a full refund including his return postage, he prefered to go to ebay and received a full refund,

I recommend NLA, ... top seller. Australia Post failed to deliver, as the house is above average distance from kerb. There was considerable time wasted in resolving Australia Post failure, and NLA assisted in confirming tracking number & other such info exchange, patiently. Seller did post in timely fashion, and item not delivered because of Australia Post electing no accountability. Good seller ... NLA ... good product, AND made in Australia !
