Not very helpful and no manners . waited weeks for item to arrive . Had to find where the item was myself and sort out the postage.

I have reviewed the communication, we were, as we are always, well mannered. We value our customers. You seem to think you can phone the Royal Mail in the UK and find where your tracked parcel is in Ireland, the Irish Post Office would appear to be incapable of clearing its backlogs ( Please Google it ) we have more shipping issues in Ireland than anywhere else in the World.
