The part is not working, the installed chip is soaked with water or was under other influence. The part does not connect and does not work. I'm terrified because I bought a part for a car that's in Georgia. I spent money on a part, on postal expenses, wasted time and all this is in vain, just a disappointment. Thank you

If there was an issue with the part supplied then why not contact us to inform of this so that we can do whatever is required to rectify it? Absolutely zero contact has been made to make us aware of any potential issue just a negative feedback. The returns facility is there for that very reason......
