I'm sorry the packaging was torn, I've been packing them like that for the last 17 years with no problems before. The listing is very clear, its for the Mk1 Escort AVO Performance Parts Manual as distributed to Ford dealers by the Ford factory. I'm not sure what you were exepecting? Paper weighs quite a bit, it's a 94 page Manual. Hence the P&P. Actually, you bought two manuals (+Twin Cam Supp) and paid two P&P. It's not my fault you don't know how to request total from seller.
