This is a terrific book, with plenty of information that is hard to find. It is also in good shape!
However: I was sent emails by a "DHL eCommerce" saying that I owed DUTY on this book, with the title of this book, as well as my name and address.
HOW DID THEY GET THIS INFORMATION??? I forwarded one of these emails to Ebay but have not heard back. I did not pay. BOOK ARRIVED via Canada Post.
