Item as described, w/o shrink but with pull tab. Did pull 9 hits incl 4 EX, 4 IR and FA charizard and master ball holo like other boxes with shrink. Seller tried to sell fast shipping for 10 usd extra after buying. Got it shipped with DHL in 5 days at my doorstep. Seems legit / not resealed as far as I can tell
