These are listed as for a sterling shower, but they did not fit my sterling shower. And now I am having to pay shipping, cost back to the seller when they didn’t fit in the first place.

I apologized to the buyer. The items are for sterling shower as described and have been installed by all the other buyers with no problem, so I'm not sure why there would be fitment issue in her case. As far as return shipping, eBay automatically provided a return label at a discounted price since she said the item didn't fit. I apologized for that as well, but she had not contacted me prior to the return and had already shipped the items back.

I ordered two shelves and the hooks and they were exactly what I needed for our shower. They shipped quickly and were exactly as described. They were easy to install and perfectly match my existing shelves from the kit. I wish I had known about these sooner.
