Never recieved the item and was refunded eventually. I understand the seller had issues at the time but communication was very poor. I did get my money back so neutral rather than negative.

The shutters were mouldy, damp, rotten, damaged and covered in years of dirt. Disgusting condition that was not described. Agreed to a return but sent a Royal Mail returns label for up to 2kg in weight. These shutters weigh 25kg and he lives 250 miles away, so he has a legal responsibility to refund. This seller is a huge time waster. Paid £245 for these shutters. Asked the seller if they had any rot or woodworm and he lied. Deliberating omitting damage, be very very careful.
