Seller sent me a different tool than what appeared on his auction. Since the seller deals in collectible knives and tools, he should know that details are important to collectors. I purchased a BO PST with a cap crimper, but he sent me a less valuable one without the crimper. His listings states “please contact us for resolution” but his only reply was “we don't have that one and cannot determine what happened with one in listing.” I sent several follow ups, but the seller will not respond.
