Item still hasn’t even been shipped, it has a delivery date of tomorrow, seller said over a week ago that it would be shipped in the next five days and still nothing, now they have stopped answering emails, will have to do a claim to get my money back.

Dear customer. We haven't stopped conversation at all. You have sent 3 mails at the same day within 2 hours. All 3 messages came in yesterday evening after our office hours. Please remember that we are located in Europe. It is at least 6 hours later here than in the United States. However we regret but of course accept your decision to cancel because of the 6-days-delay. IMPORTANT: Please note that we have no ebay-complaint from you til today. Why? We will cancel your purchase for you. Regards
