Item arrived in great condition. However, it was not as described. The laptop delivered had a Xenon processor installed versus the advertised Core i7-6820 processor. Also, the Dell systems diagnostic I ran on the unit alerted me to a future problem that the installed battery was nearing its useful life. Seller offered to reimburse the purchase, but I will replace the battery at my own expense since this was purchased with a 15% refurbished discount.
