This seller uses a courier that didnt leave a note to say item had been left with a neighbour, tracking said it had been delivered to me and the courier driver signs the docs using my name!! I had to knock on doors to find it. I wanted a black rear sprocket as shown in the photo. When I queried why they'd sent a silver one, told there was a caveat to say it could be delivered in silver or black (very small print on the photo) difficult to notice. Wont be buying from this seller again.

Hi, sorry for the issues you had with this, unfortunately the courier made a mistake in this case and we did do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. As for the sprocket we cannot guarantee the colour hence the note on the listing, customers usually send us a message if they specifically want black. Kind regards.
