Seller had not heard a response from “parts supplier” either, and provided a full refund for the order, and offered that IF the part ever arrived, I could keep it free of charge. The part arrived 3 days later. Not the best of experiences, but in the end, seller made me whole, and did everything possible to rectify the poor experience. Thank you for coming through in the end.
