Very disappointed in these candles, sold as having a 50 hr burn time. In reality they burned for 20 hrs. Contacted seller who initially was very helpful and said right things, offering replacements but clearly felt the candles were not being appropriately burned by me. After 3 messages back and forth promising a replacement the seller has not sent replacements but is now ignoring. The main point being made is that the items are not as described and only usable for half the time expected.

Very difficult customer, candles clearly labelled 50 hours by manufacturer, why would they not burn for 50 hours, nobody else would buy them if they didn't!And we did send you more!!
