I ordered this radio. I realized afterwards that it would not be suitable for my needs. I reached out to the seller. The seller was great, and was able to cancel the purchase on their end, .without any problem. They took great care to take care of my issues. It didn't matter to them that it was my fault for not reading the description closely enough. They stepped up, and helped me out.
