The earphones do not have any mid or lower tones and are totally unusable, I have had no response from the seller and so I can't recommend them.

These are not what I was expecting, there is much less bass even compared to Moki's from Woolworths, possibly because of the open back design. And expensive too. Dissapointed. There is some discussion on YT that this manufacturer, possibly on other models, has left high frequency drivers disconnected, except for the reflex driver. You should research that.
