Collected in the dark, already boxed. On opening, it smelled of dogs! Had to strip cover off to wash it thoroughly along with airing the inner foam part and using anti bacterial spray all over it to be sure. Also, although the cover looked genuine, I have a suspicion the foam was not a genuine Simba one as it looks different to any I have managed to look at. Simba said they would look at it but failed to follow up. (Hence delay with feedback). Can’t be sure either way so neutral not negative.

So you buy a second hand item but you want new perfect it may smell of dog as i have dogs i never said from a pet free home in listing at all its 100 percent real i have receipt you even got it in its original box lol.may be next contact with any issues it has a cover you can take off for a good reason .
