Based on the characters created by Award winning author Val McDermid and starring leading British actor Robson Green, Wire in the Blood wrestles you from the streets and steals you away into a hellish nightmare of kidnapping, murder and twisted serial killers. In Season 3 the established team of clinical psychologist Dr Tony Hill and DCI Carol Jordan continue to tackle the ever present threat from serial criminals in the Northern City of Bradfield. Dr. Tony Hill uses his skills of psychological evaluation to produce a profile of the man or woman the police are looking for. In doing so the team shed light on otherwise impenetrable cases. Contains all 4 episodes from the third season: Redemption: Tony suspects a killer is luring unhappy children to their deaths when the bodies of three boys are found in different locations in Bradfield. With the body count mounting Tony is forced to take desperate measures in the hope of stopping the killer. Bad Seed: When a series of brutal murders rocks the town, Tony becomes obsessed with the notion that they are the work of Mack the Knife MacAdam, newly released from prison, apparently reformed and eager to assume Tonys role as media pundit on serial killer cases. Nothing But the Night: The murder of a woman, battered to death with a steam iron and ironing board, brings Tony back from a publicity tour for his latest book to join Carol's investigation. More bizarre but completely different deaths follow and Tony is baffled, unable to create a profile for a seemingly schizophrenic killer. Synchronicity: Tony faces his own mortality when he is diagnosed with a brain tumour after being hit on the head by a criminal. Now with a lethal killer on the loose, Tony needs all his wits about him.
