I don't know because I didn't get the item. Somehow it got cancelled by me. I have no idea how it got cancelled but they were quick to refund my dough.

Please be sure to turn off the power of the printer before replacing the ink cartridge to avoid reading the information of the old ink cartridge.You offered to resend 2 ink cartridges, which I agreed to, but I needed you to send a photo showing the problem. You couldn't provide a photo so you made another request for a refund citing ink leakage, but still no photo showing the problem.We have been selling this cartridge for over 16 years and I have not hea

Ordered from seller but they didn't ship or communicate for 2 weeks. Followed up and they just cancelled the order saying it was too heavy to ship. I wish they would have let me know upon order confirmation so I didn't waste 2 weeks waiting with no result. I needed to scramble for replacements. And why charge a shipping fee if you're not going to ship it?
