Had a tank reverse osmosis system that tested 15 TDS. Decided to go with this tankless system. The system does not do well for TDS it only brings it down to 58 TDS. Contacted seller and he said he would send a new RO filter to see if that would rectify the issue. 16 days later and no filter shipped. I personally would not recommend this seller ( Due to poor customer service )
