parcel arrived intact after fairly quick journey - very nice piece - custom-made black red-stitched strap [2nd one made for a Graham chronograph] is consistent with dimensions provided for 8" wrist - thickness consistent with size of strap and watch too - reasonable time to complete - excellent communications

seller was proactive in getting measurements and colour choices and confirmed everything more than once before starting - site was informative about what the work would be and what the resulting band would be - seller sent pix of item before finishing - might have been nice to see pix of assembly and sewing steps - band delivered in good time - fits lugs and buckle perfectly - very well done band and looks great - l would deal with him again
