Head was not close to fitting. Emailed seller and just got a screenshot of the description back. Will not buy from again

Buyer brought a custom item having not fully read the listing, where it stated it would not be a perfect fit. The screenshot was to show the buyer where the warning was stated in the listing, and was included with a reply explaining the issue. They didn't only receive a screenshot with no correspondence. Buyer was offered a refund upon return of item, and they didn't accept. Sorry it didn't work for you. Please fully read listings and not misrepresent the situation. Thank you for your business.
