Packed really well and the shipping was fast - especially from overseas. No problems with the seller. This guitar was hard to find in the US so I was reluctant to buy it but it sounds good and plays well - this is the narrowest neck (1 3/4) I could find on a nylon string guitar. If you're looking for a Cort CEC-1 this is a great place to buy it.
