Be careful if needing to return an item with this seller. He will complain, & only refund the items and will keep the shipping price for profit. Also blames and argues with customer to justify keeping the money- unless you are going to file a complaint.
Completely unnecessary. Refunds should be easy when the items aren't shipped yet. Had to search out and find Ebay's return system as the seller hides return option to prevent refunding customers.
Buyer beware.

I cancelled order having made a mistake and the seller was friendly and agreed to cancel at once. However it took some time and a further message to get a refund but that may just have been an oversight. Problem solved anyway! 👍🏻
