And my money was returned. I never said item was not shipped. Buyer did not report he did not receive until several days after I sent it. It shows on the tracking that item never left post office. I refunded the Buyer immediately once we found this out. Now the Buyer has left me negative feedback for no valid reason. I did everything I could as a Seller to help the Buyer. Buyer received full refund for a $15 item and is still not satisfied.
