Rug arrived eventually ,is nice.Originally told it was sent 24th may, no tracking mentioned.. queried where it was 10th june. Told it was delivered 29th may ,given screenshot of UPS reference.Rang UPS confirmed delivered, so i emailed ebayer ,and said it must have been taken from over my gate ,and i would inform the police.At this point i was told he had made a mistake ,sent to similar address different post code......luckily he said honest man had told him ?? and sent it on . Caveat Emptor..!!

Unfortunately there was an accident made by the shipping company so I had to request a refund as it would not arrive in time. However, I am still so impressed with this amazing seller, who typically responded in minutes, refunded me within minutes of asking, and went over and above to placate me.
