Item plastic and not metal as advertised. Seller wouldn't part refund for the price difference. Used many times before without issue but I guess they too have now become greedy. Not doubt I'll get negative feedback as a buyer but you all deserve an honest feedback. Full refund was offered but that wasn't what I wanted. I wanted the seller to admit it wasn't as advertised. Plenty more people selling parts for minis so don't worry.

We gave customer plenty of options to resolve buyers issue, we offered to swap them, refund them, just hell bent on leaving a negative feedback for some reason that is questionable. I explained we changed to plastic for a better quality and better finished product. Listing is updated to say they are plastic. There was absolutely nothing more from a customer service point of view I could have done for this customer. It's a shame when someone just wanted to try and damaged small UK business owners
