Terrible service !!!
Ordered a joules tea towel and never received it. It’s says delivered on the tracking BUT. I informed the seller I’ve still not received it but got no refund nor replacement.
Now I’m out of pocket!!!

This order was shipped twice in good faith even though the tracking showed delivery took place. The buyer never informed us the second parcel did not arrive, we reached out to them 2 weeks after, as a nicety, to inform them that as the parcel was delivered, eBay would close the case. We advised the buyer on money-back guarantee but never got a response. We are here to help, but require coooperation
