I own several Vostoks but this one is a real 'classic'. It has a very good quality 'integrated' stainless-steel bracelet with solid links, rather than the more familiar system of folded links found on the less expensive models. A Timegrapher shows almost no beat error, and no positional errors in the standard 6 positions. The rate is consistent at between 0 and 2 seconds in a 24-hour cycle, which meets the COSC's standard for chronometers! Clearly, Vostok movements have improved considerably.

Just received my watch and wow it is a nice one! It made it all the way to Wisconsin USA without any damage. I have wanted a Russian style watch ever since I trained with the Russian Marines back in 2003 in Poland with 4th Marine Division. None of the Russian Marines would trade there watches for anything so I new they must be a good watch. Thanks for the smooth transaction my friends!!! A+++++++ seller!
