Not until set this CCTV camera up to my DVR in my living room, normal, before installing camera outside did I realise this was the same model CCTV camera I purchased from this same seller many months ago, resulting having to return it for a full refund, because although it was a top quality aluminium constructed camera it produced distorted visions on my TV. Example being my mantle round faced clock showed as oval, the width of picture frame as length, length as width , camera returned today.

Avoid seller very rude !! Tv worked and then stopped offered codes but tv would power up returned told o didn’t package right explained I was disabled and done best to my ability put fragile tape all over then to be told I’m not getting refund because I didn’t package right !! Got hold of eBay told them the truth they are refunding me do not buy off these people when I said I was sending back they weren’t Keene said screen would be broken sending back new I was gonna have trouble and I did !!

The T V arrived on time and was excellent , but i measured it wrong and is to small for are room. I sent a message explaining this and asked if we could exchange it for a larger one we would pay the difference . Unfortunately i never received a reply very disappointing , so now we have decided to keep the T V but will never buy from seller again ,
