The item was advertised as NEW, but what I received was far from it. Not only is the item clearly used, but it also has noticeable defects such as dents and scratches. To make matters worse, the logo is crooked, and it doesn t appear to be an authentic product.I tried to return it and get a refund, but the seller refused to provide a return shipping label because I'm an international customer. eBay's policies state the seller should cover return shipping costs. Very disappointed.
