30 Day Returns Policy
For your peace of mind, we offer a no quibble 30 day return policy.
If any of our items are unsuitable in any way you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange.
Returns Instructions
Please Note; for us to be able to issue you with a refund you must open a return in eBay.
To start a return, find the item in your purchase history and select return this item.
From there you can select to either return the item using the eBay returns process which will allow you to buy & print your own returns label or you can simply return the item to us yourself and add the returns tracking information.
Although it is not compulsory please complete the returns information on the back of the enclosed order form as this will speed up the returns process.

Returns Terms & Conditions
Return Postage is payable by you the customer.
Returned items must be complete with tags and original packaging in fully re-saleable condition.
Shoes should be returned in the original box and placed in a postal bag.
DO NOT seal shoe boxes with tape as this damages the box and the item(s) will not be in a re-saleable condition.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost or damaged in post.
We suggest you send returns using a signed for / recorded delivery so if your returns parcel is lost or damaged you will be able to claim from the carrier for the value of the goods.
Returns are usually processed within a few working days of receiving the item back but during busy periods can take up to 5 working days.
Faulty Items
If you have an item which you ordered from us and believe it to be faulty please return it for an assessment.
If the item is indeed found to be faulty you will be offered either a replacement or a full refund.
Any returns postage will also be refunded but we ask that you try to avoid using expensive services.
If the product is found not to be faulty you will be notified, and we will return it to you free of charge.
In the rare event that we have sent out the incorrect item then first please accept our sincere apologies and contact us at your earliest convenience, so we can help reach an acceptable solution.
