I’m writing to hold the seller accountable. I made a $300 order and got a tracking number that didn’t work. I messaged the seller, but they didn’t resolve anything. After a month with no order, I forced a refund, and the seller admitted they didn’t ship it. There was a chance to fix the issue when I reached out. Mistakes happen, but not communicating with customers about resolvable issues deserves a negative review. I hope this doesn’t happen again to other customers.
