Item was extremely defective, is bent in all connecting areas, it it not straight and doesn't screw well...how could you sell something like that??? This item shouldn't be sold in first place!!!! It is completely defective!! I'm beyond disappointed and I need my money returned please.

We have already accepted your return as you know. Your first photo shows the pieces in the box as straight as an arrow. They don't screw= you are not putting them in the correct order. Your money of course will be refunded by your return and not through Feedback You say, "This item shouldn't be sold in first place!!!!" but we had checked it before it left our monastery. As you can see, your feedback is the only negative one we have so your accusing us of being scammers is unjust. Thank you!
