Either the seller is lying to the customer/buyer or to the customs, because in the description it says "100 % cotton", but the customs declaration says "polyester".
The picture of the front pockets are misleading. The straps are connected under the flaps in such a manner that you cannot possibly obtain the desired look. Either the top part of the strap is way too long or the bottom strap is way too short. I had to detach the clips in order to make it long enough (see my pictures).
