Never returned money, old alternator packed well and in there original box as asked for,shipped by there courier which they dropped and broke it ,so i lost my money

You wrote that you packed the parcel well. Do you think putting an alternator that weighs about 10kg into an empty box without any protection is a well-packed parcel? We warn every customers to ensure very good packing and protection of the parcel because if the alternator gets physically damaged, we do not refund the deposit. Please read our last email with prepaid label. This applies to this case as well alternator came with damage brackets, we don't refund deposit
