The upper half did not have a zero index mark so there was no way to measure the angle of rotation. therefore is useless for panoramic photography. Trying to mark with the scriber ended in an error of 2.5 degrees.

Exactly as described and better. The seller shipped fast although the post office gave it a tour of the USA after it cleared customs and was in the states for no real apparent reason, it still got here before listed arrival.
