Item lost by Royal Mail tracked service, seller resolved immediately through eBay processes but I would recommend direct contact with seller for any problems who are decent, honest & helpful & quick to resolve. Superb.

Brilliant eBay store with a great service, frequent voucher offers & the best pre-orders. This is the 2nd of this model I bought as RM lost the tracked parcel & eBay forces a seller’s hand on lost items, the point is these are issues were of the seller’s control but contact with the seller was responded to quickly & problems resolved without issue. I will buy from again, recommended seller.
