Great product works 100% as advertised. Had probelms communicating with the seller to get a replacement for a broken set. it was weeks before I finaly got what I orderd. with the seller loosing returned items and telling me i didnt return them was just icing on the cake. Massive FAIL.

I am headache to talk with this buyer! buyer buy item and ask return. It is not problem. I received item and it has been used and one pouch bags for storage earplugs which is missing! and earplugs charger hole the rubber is missing as well! I agree return and send new replace! However, buyer ask for send previous one to him!!!?? I do not agree this and buyer is not happy!!!!! Who opened and used it and not send back whole item!!! I am kindly to everyone and trust everyone who are good! Thx
