I have used this seller in the past and have never had an issue before this order. In fact, this used to be one of my top purchasing places on the website. However, it appears that the owner of the account has abandoned the store and is no longer actually running anything. I tried to open a dispute to try and get my items reshipped but I just ended up getting a refund 1 day later.

Then they just randomly issued a refund after I tried to contact them again even though I explicitly stated I still wanted the item and did NOT want a refund.
