The sprocket is of quality but the shipping was terrible ( 4 weeks )—I’ ll Never buy from outside of the USA again—was not the shippers fault it was customs ( items sat there for over 2 weeks )

I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the delivery. I am happy that we did everything promptly and correctly in that regard. Obviously we have no control over the pace at which the USA customs service operates, but in fairness to them they usually have one of the most efficient services , you seem to have been unfortunate, it is certainly not typical. best wishes Nick
