Not happy as ordered the bigger Large size. Definitely ordered that one as I know my dog can’t fit into the other size. It must have gone out of stock and switched the selection automatically to the other large size, as I’m 100% certain I selected the bigger size. Needless to say doesn’t fit my dog, waste of money ☹️

Hey there,
You ordered a Firenze dog coat with a 60 cm back length, which is the largest size of coat we have in this style and was the one we sent as you got our last one in that size.
Not meaning it in a bad way, but I'm wondering if you looked at the Girth measurement which goes up to 80cm and mistook this for the Back measurement.
If the coat doesn't fit you are more than welcome to return it for a refund.
