The watch I bought was on a new Hirsch leather strap which was great quality and looked new. When I received the watch the seller has switched the strap for a very poor quality one and when I challenged this they said the one pictured was ‘bad’. I eventually accepted a partial refund because the seller couldn’t provide me with a returns label as they are based in Serbia. The watch itself is OK, although the date wheel is misaligned, something else which wasn’t in the original photos!
