Had to get it serviced as seller still wouldn't do return. My last communication with Isabella was yesterday to make sure they knew I had called. Isabella then told me that the watch was still in queue to get looked at. They HAVE NOT paid for anything beyond the watch. Their feedback confirms that they misrepresent the truth which is why I wanted the watch looked at by a 3rd party to begin with.
