They sold a stem that was obviously cut from a bike that was locked according to a bike specialist when we showed them the stem to try and use for my bike. The stem was several inches too short, so probably locked and that is how they obtained the item. I described that the steerer tube (stem is what he/she called it) was cut as typical with bikes was cut/shortened. Obviously this person knows very little about bicycles. That was explained in my listing and even had a measuring tape with the length of the steerer in the pic. The buyer accused me of stealing item when this is not the case. I find the accusations appalling.
