The tracking shows the item was never shipped. They refused to the cancel order or to provide a refund. I apologized & asked buyer to please be patient I knew it would be found, and it was. I had already purchased the shipping label, so it showed as shipped. I never intentionally misled this buyer. Buyer chose to be impatient. I would gladly have shipped and given a discount for the delay. Buyer chose to escalate and will now receive a full refund, unless they still want item.
