Hello, with my 3-day handling time, the 3-day Memorial weekend, and some miscommunication from my packing and shipping service, your order arrived 3 days late in which I profusely apologized for and offered a partial refund. Disassembly of the handle consists of 4 screws, in which is very intuitive to put together and have never had anyone have an issue with. This was the only way to ship within the amount that you had paid for. I am more than happy to resolve any issues you are experiencing.
